Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the bsai.tech website and the applications and services of Bsai Solutions SAS ("BSAI", "we") (the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Services
BSAI provides consulting, development and implementation of automation and artificial intelligence for businesses. The website is under construction; its content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. The conditions of each project are agreed in writing in the corresponding proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes; to send spam or malicious content; to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; to interfere with their operation; or to infringe the rights of others.
4. Google Accounts and integrations
Some features let you connect your Google Account (for example, Google Contacts). By doing so, you authorize BSAI to access the data shown on Google's consent screen, solely to provide the features you request and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process it solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the necessary legal basis for any third-party data you add (for example, your contacts).
6. AI-generated output
The Services may generate content or perform automated actions using artificial intelligence. Such output may contain errors or inaccuracies; review it before relying on it for important decisions. BSAI does not guarantee the accuracy of automatically generated output.
7. Intellectual property
The BSAI brand, logo, design and site content belong to Bsai Solutions SAS or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Ownership of custom developments is governed by each project's contract.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that they will operate without interruption or error.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BSAI shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the site or the Services. Nothing herein limits the rights granted to you by Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240 where applicable.
10. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or integrate third-party services (Google, Cloudflare, among others). We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your data at any time by writing to hola@bsai.tech.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date. If changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that applies to consumers.
