Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bsai Solutions SAS ("BSAI", "we") processes the personal data of people who use the bsai.tech website and BSAI's applications and services (the "Services"), including data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, phone number (optional), email and the content of your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of access, logged by the server and by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse.
• Analytics: only if you accept, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage data (page views, device, approximate location) through cookies.
• Google user data: if you connect your Google Account to the Services and expressly authorize it on Google's consent screen, we access:
  • Basic profile information of your account (name, email address and profile picture), to identify you and sign you in.
  • Google Contacts (through the People API): names, email addresses, phone numbers, company, job title and other fields of the contacts you have saved.
  We only request the permissions (scopes) strictly necessary for the feature you enable.

3. How we use Google user data

We use Google Contacts data solely to provide the user-facing features you have requested within the Services, for example: importing or syncing your contacts into the automation workflows you set up, enriching or de-duplicating your CRM records, or starting communications you have instructed. We display this data only to you and to the users in your organization you grant access to.

We do not use Google user data to:

• serve advertising, including personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising;
• sell it or transfer it to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers;
• determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
• develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

No person at BSAI reads your Google data unless (a) you give us affirmative consent for specific messages or data, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse, (c) it is required by law, or (d) it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. How we use other data

• To answer your enquiries and send you an acknowledgement of receipt (basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps).
• To provide, maintain and secure the Services (basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest in security).
• To measure site usage with Google Analytics (basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not send marketing communications without your prior consent.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with providers acting as data processors, under contract and solely to provide services to us:

• Hosting and email provider (website hosting and sending email via SMTP).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile, anti-spam verification).
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, if you accept it; Google Fonts for typography; and the Google APIs you authorize).
• Cloud infrastructure providers needed to run the Services.

Google user data is only transferred to third parties when necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, for security purposes, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with prior notice to users.

6. Storage and protection

Data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. Google access tokens (OAuth) are stored encrypted and never exposed in the browser. Access to data is restricted to staff who need it to provide the service, with authentication and access logs. We review our security measures regularly.

7. Retention and deletion

• Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion or a contractual relationship exists.
• Google user data: only while your Google Account remains connected and the data is needed for the requested feature.
• Technical logs: up to 90 days.

You can disconnect your Google Account at any time from the Services or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you revoke access, or if you ask us at hola@bsai.tech, we will delete the Google data associated with your account within 30 days, unless the law requires us to retain it.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Argentina (for example, in the United States or the European Union). In those cases we apply appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@bsai.tech. We will respond within the time limits set by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326. If you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights to data portability, restriction and objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection rules.

10. Cookies

• Necessary: we store your language and cookie preferences in your browser's local storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical cookies for anti-spam verification.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years). Only enabled if you click "Accept".

You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookies" link in the footer.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the changes are material or affect how Google data is used, we will notify you and ask for your consent where required.
